YEAR:                2012 [study project]

 

 

This is a house for a creative person, artist, architect, sculptor, a person, who needs a lot of space to work, a lot of light and lots of gorgeous views for inspiration.

 

The building is located on the shore of the lake. It is projected in the way that most of its windows face the water and a hill partly hides it from the surrounding world. Thus it turns out to be a charming private place.

 

On the ground floor there are a lounge dinner, a kitchen and a gym with a pool and sauna. As the living room occupies two stories, additionaly to a large floor-to-ceiling glazing it becomes possible to provide it with a sky light and allow for maximum light penetration. Remarkable aspect about the pool is that it is divided into two parts, so that you can swim inside, if it is cold, and outside, if the weather is fine and you prefer bathing in the open air and enjoing peaceful views of the surroundings.
